I first came across hot honey last year when I went to a restaurant that served chicken and waffles for dinner. There was a small tin of hot honey next to it, and I was intrigued. I wasn’t that into hot sauces at the time, so I didn’t think too much about it, but slowly I started to see it more and more.
Recently I have been trying to expand the palate of my family by introducing new cuisines and flavors. Hot honey was the perfect addition to my pantry!
