Costco Christmas Dinner Meal Kits
If you don’t wish to prepare dinner, Costco sells three complete dinners from Rastelli’s. They also offer tamale kits.
The Rastelli kits feature beef, turkey, or ham. The beef meal kit is cheaper than on the company’s website; the others are Costco exclusives. These are a good deal if you want a heat-and-serve dinner.
For $170, you get two beef tenderloins, potatoes au gratin, and creamed spinach. It’s advertised as serving six people, which makes each serving $28.33.
For $150, the ham meal includes an 8-10 pound ham, two pounds each of sausage and cranberry stuffing, mashed potatoes, and creamed spinach. This meal serves eight people at $18.75 per person.
A new addition to the mix is the turkey meal from Rastelli’s. It’s the cheapest option at $109. This meal features a 5.5-6 pound turkey, sausage and cranberry stuffing, mashed potatoes, and creamed spinach. It serves 8, making it $13.75 per person.

These tender pieces of beef are perfect for a holiday. Wrap the outsides in bacon for added flavor. These can be cooked on the grill if you run out of kitchen space.
Roast Beef
If you have time, purchase an eye of round beef at Costco and make the No-Peak Oven Off Roast Beef. The cook time is long, but the prep is minimal.

Costco Side Dishes For Christmas Dinner
Mashed Potatoes
Make your favorite mashed potato recipe using one of the big bags of potatoes sold at the warehouse giant. We love using Yukon golds for their creamy texture, although red potatoes don’t need peeling, so they are great if you don’t have lots of prep time.
Reser’s Main Street Scalloped Potatoes
This side dish isn’t always in the warehouse, but it’s worth checking on your next trip. These scalloped potatoes serve 6-8 people and are ready in less than 20 minutes (including preheating).
Sweet Potatoes
Mashed or roasted sweet potatoes are an excellent addition to a holiday table. They prepare the same as regular potatoes if you’ve never made them.
Baked Potatoes
Russet potatoes are perfect for baked potatoes thanks to their large size and starchy insides. They pair well with steaks and even turkey. If oven space is at a premium, use a slow cooker. Spend With Pennies has a simple recipe to explain how.
Roasted Potatoes
If your family doesn’t love mashed potatoes, try roasted ones. Costco sells petit potatoes, which are perfect for roasting. Half or quarter them based on size, toss with olive oil and salt and bake in a 400-degree oven for 30 minutes. They can roast at any temp above 375; just add cooking time.
