Does Costco Carry Dumplings?
Yes! Costco carries Bibigo Dumplings. These are not to be confused with the potstickers. They are delicious Asian appetizers in the frozen food section, but their ingredients, shape, and taste are different.
Potstickers have a thinner wrapper and are crisp when you cook them. These Korean dumplings are much softer and thicker.
The Bibigo variety is similar to the Trader Joe’s Soup Dumplings. They are round and contain a burst of broth that you taste when you bite into it.
Are Costco Dumplings Good?
Yes! They are delicious. These Bibigo dumplings are easy to prepare, making them a great snack for hungry kids. The package comes with a soy-based sauce, but they are also great with spicy condiments like sriracha and gochujang,
The dumplings are high in iron and sodium.
They don’t have as much flavor as the Trade Joe’s Soup Dumplings and are only available in one variety, chicken and vegetable.
How To Cook Costco Dumplings In The Air Fryer
These dumplings typically have soft outsides, but an air fryer is an excellent option if you wish to change it up.
There’s no need to defrost; take them out of the tray and cook the dumplings directly from the freezer.
Here’s how:
- Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees.
- Liberally coat the dumplings in oil, so they don’t dry out. Avocado oil spray is excellent here.
- Lay the dumplings in a single layer. You may need to work in batches.
- Cook for 8 minutes on one side and then flip.
- Cook for an additional 6 minutes or until done.
Air fryers vary like other cooking appliances and cooking times may vary.

Place the package in the microwave and cook for two minutes. Do not cut the package; they will steam as they cook. Let them sit for one minute before serving.
