Swap the chicken for leftover turkey, and dinner is on the table in no time with this big salad.

Ground Beef Recipes
This recipe is a Chalkboard favorite! Hearty, easy to prepare, and not too spicy. It’s also great on nachos and freezes well.
I’ve made this recipe so many times, and it’s in lots of our meal plans. There’s no need for a full pound of meat; half will do. It’s a speedy one, taking less than 20 minutes to prepare.
Typical bolognese takes hours to prepare. This Ina Garten recipe works well for a weeknight without losing quality.
Tacos
Tacos are a great idea, no matter what day of the week! Use your family’s favorite spice blend added to ground beef for a fabulous fiesta.
Chicken Recipes
Buffalo Chicken Topped Sweet Potatoes
I use vegetable oil in place of coconut oil, and store-bought blue cheese dressing makes this dinner come together in a flash. Any leftover chicken is excellent for lunch sandwiches or in a wrap.
Greek Chicken
Use this marinade to make simple chicken flavorful and moist, then pop in a pita with cucumbers, lettuce, and tomato. Top with Tzatziki or hummus.
