Truffle Popcorn

Simple and flavorful, this popcorn is a great appetizer.

  • 1/4 cup Yellow Popcorn Kernels
  • 2 tsp. Black Truffle Oil
  • 1 tsp. White Truffle Oil
  • 1/8 tsp. Truffle Salt to taste


  1. Using your Hot Pop or your preferred method of air-popping, pop the kernels.

  2. Add popcorn to a large bowl with a lid.  Add oils and salt.  Place lid on and shake vigorously.

  3. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

If you don't want to commit to three types of truffle products, you can use White Truffle Oil only.  Just increase the amount by a teaspoon and replace the Truffle salt with Kosher salt.
